Privacy
Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

IRONLOG is built to help you train smarter and track everything : your data belongs to you. This policy explains exactly what we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it. We keep it simple because we have nothing to hide.

Who We Are

IRONLOG is a fitness tracking application operated under the name IRONLOG. We are accessible at useironlog.com and via the IRONLOG mobile app.

For any privacy-related questions, contact us at ironlog.contact@gmail.com.

What We Collect

We collect only what's necessary to run the app and improve your experience:

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, camera access, or any sensitive personal information beyond what you explicitly enter into the app.

How We Use Your Data

We never sell your data. We never use your data for advertising. Your workout logs are yours : we only use them to run the features you see in the app.

AI Features

IRONLOG offers optional AI-powered features, a coaching insight card and a workout generator, that use Anthropic's Claude API. When you use these features, a summary of relevant data (such as recent training volume, streak, or your selected duration/equipment/focus) is sent to Anthropic to generate a response. This summary does not include your name, email, or other direct account identifiers.

These features are optional. If you never open the Coach Insight card or the workout generator, no data is sent to Anthropic.

AI-generated content is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice.

Social Features

If you choose to add friends, your username and workout activity (such as workouts logged, streaks, and volume) become visible to those friends and on shared leaderboards. Challenges you send or accept, and any posts, comments, or messages you send through social features, are visible to the relevant friends or participants.

You can report content or block another user at any time from within the app. Blocking a user hides their content from you and prevents them from interacting with you.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database platform. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption.

Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Row-level security policies ensure each user can only access their own data.

Your data is hosted on servers in the United States.

Third-Party Services

IRONLOG uses the following third-party services to operate:

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.

Subscription & Payment

IRONLOG subscriptions purchased through the App Store are billed and managed by Apple. We receive confirmation that you have an active subscription, but we do not collect or store your payment card number or other billing details : that information stays with Apple.

Cookies & Local Storage

IRONLOG uses browser local storage to save your workout drafts, preferences, and session data locally on your device. This is required for the app to function offline and to remember your settings.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies of any kind.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

To request account deletion or a full data export, email ironlog.contact@gmail.com from the address associated with your account.

Children's Privacy

IRONLOG is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of IRONLOG after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
